Bound by Vengeance
The Alliance, Book 2
After her ex-boyfriend’s betrayal, revenge propels Vicky to find and destroy the man who sold her into captivity.
The minute she gets the chance to search for Duke alone, she seizes the opportunity. When her hunt leads her to cross paths with Nathan, she finds herself secretly aligning with the one man she’s vowed to avoid.
Determined to hunt the Savage who murdered his father, Nathan hasn’t told anyone about his private search for Joseph. The night he runs into Vicky and learns she’s on her own quest, he reluctantly agrees to join forces with her.
Bound by their driving need for vengeance, they soon find themselves unable to deny the attraction growing between them. However, as leader of the hunters, Nathan knows they will never accept his relationship with a vampire.
Can he walk away from Vicky and return to the only life he knows, or will their growing love destroy them both?
***The Alliance Series is a spin-off of the Vampire Awakenings series. You do not have to read the Vampire Awakenings Series to follow the Alliance Series.
After the last book on the vampire awakening series, I was a little worried about this one. It was soooo good though! So much action and adventure. Even though you know what's going to eventually happen with the mates, it's still told in a way that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I may live this series more than the original. I'm certainly excited about the next book in the series. So sad I've got to wait until 2018 for it though!!
I am all for the alliance! Vampires and hunters working together really makes the series so much more interesting! I couldn't wait to see how Nathan and Vicky's story played out and I wasn't disappointed in the least. I can't wait to read the next book when it comes out! I highly recommend this series if you like action, passion and characters you'll fall in love with! I also have to add that this author does not add any weird names to events or anything. Her stories are straightforward and easy to understand and follow, and are such page-turners. So glad I gave this author a chance! She is one of my favorites now!
